Sam in the Wild!

Sam In the Wild!-Part1

Sam trudged through the seemingly endless jungle, after that defeat against Fire Maniac Bill, he was tired, but most importantly gutted! He was sure that the first Gym Badge of his Training career was in the bag, but that Level 70 Camerupt was not going to let him off lightly! He wondered how his little Pikachu felt inside it’s Pokeball, after fighting so bravely in the small and cramped stadium in Andras. Not only had he let himself down, but he’d let his Pikachu down as well. He’d spent ages training it, feeding it Pokeblocks and caring for it the best that he could, but Fire Maniac Bill was just that one league better than him! Suddenly a shadowy man jumped down from the trees, landing as soft as a feather! “Well, well, well!” he chuckled! “Who are you?” Sam choked. “Why would a little boy like yourself want to know an answer to a question like that?” he sneered. “I’m not little!” Sam exclaimed, trying to look taller than usual, “Shut up!” the man snapped! “Now I am here to snatch one of those little Pokemon of yours! And I’m not leaving until I have one!” he sneered. Sam quivered. “Now what do you have?” he snapped. “A..a….a….Pikachu sir.” he stuttered. “Give us it now or you’ll be in worse trouble than you already are!” he laughed. Sam fumbled in his belt, clutching the Pokeball in his hand! He grasped it, and rolled it across the floor. “Good.” The man sneered. “Good co-operation skills!” Suddenly the man was gone, along with his Pikachu. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Sam cried. “Pikachu, where are you!!??” Sam stood up, determination flooding back into his body! “I’m going to get my Pikachu back, if it’s the last thing I do!” he shouted! This was the beginning of a new adventure, and the time for Sam to prove his worth!

Sam in the Wild-Part2

Sam heard a rustling in the bushes nearby. Not again, he thought. A thin girl, dressed in blue, stepped out of the bushes. They stared at each other for a few moments, whilst Sam gained his confidence. “Who are you?” he stuttered “Anne Soforth” the girl replied in a wheezy voice They eyed each other, and waited for the other to make a move. The girl trudged off to the right of Sam, heading down the path. “Wait!” Sam called She turned, and looked at him as if he had no place around her. “Can you tell me where the nearest city is?” She kept staring at him, as if she hadn’t heard him. “That way!” she pointed. “The city of Kalu, the home of the Psychic trainers!” Sam gasped. He’d heard about the famous Psychic trainers on TV, books and pretty much everything else. They were said to be the greatest trainers in the South of the country, and worshipping the great Pokemon Alakazam! “I am heading there myself.” The girl said “You may accompany me if you wish!” she murmured. “Th-th-thankyou” Sam stuttered. The girl walked on, Sam trudging behind, all he could think about was his Pikachu! He couldn’t forget that dreadful incident with the shadowy man, the way he softly glided out of the trees. His smooth voice, the way he seemed to put so little effort into the things he says. Small Butterfree fluttered around the trees, and Kakunas hung from the branches, with angry looking Beedrills glaring menacingly at the two travellers! “Careful” the girl called back. “Be careful at this point, many Beedrills protect their Kakunas in this part of the forest!” she warned They suddenly reached the end of the woods, and Sam looked out into the darkness that lay ahead, with thin beams of light striking through the sky. He was shocked! He was expecting broad daylight, not complete darkness! “I can tell you are surprised!” the girl said. “The land around here is completely dark, what do you expect from a city that has been at war for five years?” she mocked! “What do you mean, war?” Sam choked “The trainers of Kalu and the trainers of Safanu, have been at war together for five long years. The power of the Dark Pokemon and the power of the Psychic Pokemon are great! The two greatest Pokemon powers have caused the sky here to turn black instead of purple for 10 miles around. The Grass is Green squad have tried many a time to try and keep the two cities at bay, but they have tried and failed! But why should we care? Let them fight like children over some rocky and baron land is what we will do. So long as the other towns and cities are kept normal, there is nothing to worry about, but this isn’t always a pleasant place to be, so keep on your guard!” They clambered down a rocky slope, on their way down to Kalu. Why would anyone want this place? Thought Sam! They reached the cities towering gates, and large lights shone down on the two travellers. “Who goes there?” came an old voice “Two travellers who would like accommodation for the night!” called Anna “Well why you’d want to come here, I don’t know!” he laughed The gates creaked open, and Anne rushed inside. Sam followed, but was soon shocked by what he saw inside. Light beams trailed off into the sky, people milled around, a massive queue had formed outside the Pokemon Center. A massive line of Abras, all covered in wounds, were lined up outside the Pokemon Center. WANTED posters were everywhere, and on all the criminals jumpers, was the symbol of the Dark type Pokemon. The criminals looked strange, laughs all over their faces! The gates burst open, a large group of trainers ran through, followed by a bunch of Kadabras! “Lock the gates!” they shouted! But before the man could move, a bunch of trainers in black stormed through, with what seemed like an army of Umbreons and Murkrows! “Say bye, bye Psychic people!” one of them said! “Feel the power of the Drak types!” A mean looking Umbreon stepped forward. It ran at great speed, and jumped at a nearby Abra. The Abra flopped to the floor, that one wasn’t coming back, Sam thought. What had he got himself into?

Sam in the Wild-Part3!

FLASH!!!!!!!! Sam woke with a start! He was sweating. His eyes were blurred. As his eyes adjusted to the brightness, he realised that he was lying in a hospital bed, surrounded by many people, dressed in purple clothing. “Weirdos” he muttered A nurse came over to his bed, and started babbling on about something, but he couldn’t here her. He was mostly thinking about why he was in a strange room, filled with people dressed in purple outfits. A man spluttered, and turned to face Sam. Sam was shocked to find the man had a massive slash across his face. It was deep, still oozing blood. The man grunted something to Sam, and turned over, squealing in pain, obviously because he had just bashed his scratch on the metal bar on the side. Sam sniggered, and the man started cursing very loudly, mostly aimed at Sam, which attracted the nurses over again. I can’t stay here, thought Sam. He got out of bed, very shakily, and started to stagger across to the double doors, where the constant supply of nurses seemed to appear from. He heard a lady shout from behind, but decided to continue on his journey to the door. He was nearly there, when the lady grabbed him! “Sam! Where do you think your going!” the lady shouted “Say what?” said Sam, and pulled the lady towards the door The lady didn’t put up much of a fight, as Sam easily tugged her towards he door, and opened it with ease, but stood stock still, and gazed out of the door. Fires were burning all over, as men in Dark suits roamed the streets, with an Umbreon next to them. “Where on earth am I?” Sam asked, disgusted at what he saw before him “This is Kalu, don’t you remember? Don’t you remember me, Anne Soforth, the girl from the forest? We met, and I lead you here!” she said “I can not hear a word you are saying.” Sam said furiously “People try to tell me something, but they decide to speak rubbish instead!” He stormed out, towards the large gates, which he and Anne had entered through. He felt a firm grip on his shoulders, and a rough voice, spoke to him. But again, he couldn’t hear a thing, and just pushed the man away. But upon doing this, it attracted many other men around him, and soon, Sam was encircled with men and Umbreons! Sam looked around the circle, and stared at the men, who seemed to have no expressions on their faces, staring blankly at him, the Umbreons had more expression than the men! Then one of the men piped up, breaking the silence. “What are you doing? And where do you plan on going?” he sneered. There was silence for a while, with only the breathing of the Umbreons to be heard. “I am trying to leave this strange place, and head for the forest on the hill up there!” Sam spoke as he pointed to the dark mass of trees at the top of the hill. “Well, unfortunately for you that won’t be happening any time soon boy.” The man jeered Sam screwed up his face, and charged at the man, bowling him over with extreme force. When Sam stood up, a familiar black figure was standing before him, with a Pikachu standing by his side. Even though Sam couldn’t remember anything else, he could only remember this one person, and hatred boiled up, as the man stood there, as though nothing was wrong. “Well, well, well!” the man said, as he stared at Sam through his black hood Sam stared at his Pikachu again, and as soon as their eyes met, the bond was retied between the two friends. Sam winked, as he started to get his hearing back again. “If it isn’t the kid from the woods, with the most annoyingly fidgety Pikachu anyone could wish for!” he laughed “NOW!” Sam shouted, as he glared at the shadowy man, hatred filling him, and pouring out of his mouth. First, Pikachu whacked the man across the legs with it’s tail, the man spilling onto the floor helplessly, as his men rushed towards him, the Umbreons pouncing on Pikachu, but large flashes of thunder zapped through the air, Umbreons following. The men kept their distance, eyeing the Pikachu with fear, as Pikachu turned to face the man. “PIKA!” it screamed, and let out a gigantic crack, a huge force of electricity zapping the man. When all the light had cleared, all Sam could see was his Pikachu, lying on the floor, tired, but alive. Then as he stared beyond him, he could see a black pile of clothes, piled against the wall, with the lifeless man heaped inside. “Pikachu!” Sam called, as he ran shakily over to the small yellow lump. “Pi-Pi” his Pikachu muttered. Sam hugged it, and called to a nearby Pokecenter worker. She rushed over, and together, Sam and the lady lifted the Pikachu onto a stretcher. “Quick, inside” the lady said, rushing Sam to carry the stretcher inside as quickly as possible. Sam stared as his Pikachu was taken in to the Pokecenter, tired, injured, but happy to be back with Sam. Sam turned round, and saw Anne staring at him. She was holding a small Umbreon, which was curled up in her arms. “It needs a home, a trainer, so that it can be looked after!” she sobbed. “Please, Sam! Take her!” she sobbed, as she held the tiny Umbreon out to him. Sam thought. What if he lost his Pikachu? He wouldn’t have a Pokemon. What if his Pikachu survived, and it didn’t like the Umbreon? It would be great to get two Pokemon, it would give him a better chance of getting his first Gym Badge! He took the Umbreon in his arms, and cuddled it. “She’s going to be called, Flashy!” he cheered!

Part4 will be up soon!
